Special Projects Manager - £35,000 - Stratford upon Avon
As a significant land owner, the Heart of England Forest requires a commercially astute individual to increase income streams and maximise the revenue generation potential of the extensive and varied assets that it owns to secure sustainable funds to meet the Charity’s operational costs as it develops and grows. We would love to hear from an experienced project manager, looking for their next challenge, who is committed to conservation and enthusiastic about investing in our environment.
The role will encompass a commercial lead on the delivery of new projects along with effective estate management to protect the charity’s assets. These include holiday cottages, marina facilities, repurposing redundant farm buildings, a non-operational residential and commercial portfolio, as well as our forestry and farming infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a team player able to demonstrate proven commercial acumen and project management expertise within a land management setting, experience of regulatory compliance and with a strong attention to detail.

Associate Director - Valuation – London - £upto 60k base Plus Car Allowance Plus package
A leading Property Consultancy with a network of offices across the UK are looking to expand their Valuation division by identifying an Associate Director to join this national service line based in London. The opportunity will suit an experienced Surveyor with aspirations to progress based on delivering results in this extremely active discipline.
The team carry out a variety of duties to include:

Loan security; providing lenders with a comprehensive and independent report of the market, and rental value of a property or an entire portfolio

Alternatives; our alternative valuers carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation and taxation purposes.

Company accounts valuation; providing clients with a comprehensive and accurate report on the value of their property assets.

Diminution in value; providing accurate, independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and in situations such as claims of negligence in conveyancing.

Fund valuation; providing asset management companies and investment trusts with the detailed information they require about their property holdings.
A background of Commercial Valuation is key, more specifically, if you are currently working in a specialist valuation capacity there is a current emphasis on trading valuations or leisure.
You will also get the chance to work with a vast array of different clients ranging from property developers and investors, to large corporate businesses giving you a variety of interesting and exciting experiences.
