Special Projects Manager - £35,000 - Stratford upon Avon
As a significant land owner, the Heart of England Forest requires a commercially astute individual to increase income streams and maximise the revenue generation potential of the extensive and varied assets that it owns to secure sustainable funds to meet the Charity’s operational costs as it develops and grows. We would love to hear from an experienced project manager, looking for their next challenge, who is committed to conservation and enthusiastic about investing in our environment.
The role will encompass a commercial lead on the delivery of new projects along with effective estate management to protect the charity’s assets. These include holiday cottages, marina facilities, repurposing redundant farm buildings, a non-operational residential and commercial portfolio, as well as our forestry and farming infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a team player able to demonstrate proven commercial acumen and project management expertise within a land management setting, experience of regulatory compliance and with a strong attention to detail.

Simon Onions
Simon has successfully placed high calibre candidates for over two decades, both in the financial and property sectors. Simon spent 12 years with renowned real estate recruiter Judd Farris, and headed up the Birmingham office until 2016. He has extensive experience in executive search mandates as well as working closely with candidates who continue to return to him throughout their professional careers. When he is not finding the right person for the right role, he enjoys spending time with his family in Stratford-upon-Avon, walking the boxer dogs Marnie and Hendricks, and tinkering with old or classic cars in his spare time.
Sarah Robson
Sarah is a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years experience in the property industry. She has worked within 2 of the top 5 property consultancies, specialising in professional services, mainly for the retail and logistics sectors for the majority of her career. Sarah assists Source with executive searches, undertaking research and applying her extensive knowledge of the property industry and her local markets. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as eventing and team chasing her horses locally and riding for the team at her local riding club in Solihull.
